The birth plan is "NOT" a guarantee. While you can’t guarantee how things will unfold, you can request preferences for you and your baby's care during birth. It is best for your doula to build rapport with your medical provider. The Hep B newborn vaccine, should be observed regardless of the birth situation. Package includes Unlimited calls, emotional support, during labour & Delivery. Unlimited emails, Labor & Physical Support & Pain management techniques. If you'd like to meet face to face we can schedule an in office visit. The deposit requirements for an in Office 30 minute consultation will be $25. No refunds for no shows. There is a 15 minute grace period. If potential client is late beyond the 16th minute the consultation meeting will be cancelled. deposit is non-refundable. The option to reschedule will be allowed 1 more time including a Deposit of $25 will apply. If potential client is late within 15 minute grace period deposit is still non -refundable. If client decides to use services $25 deposit will be applied to their final balance. The deposit for a Virtual consultation is $10.

This package is ideal for a family that desires a virtual interaction for convenience. During our first initial virtual consultation we will discuss your wants and needs throughout your pregnancy. we will discuss pain management techniques & Breathing techniques. This package includes 6 virtual sessions prior to labor and delivery. During these session we will create your Birth Plan summary. Throughout our sessions we will be preparing for labor and delivery. All services included for this package are virtual. Our virtual package includes Emotional support throughout entire pregnancy from first date of hire (once the contract is signed and initial 50% deposit paid) Unlimited calls, emails, and texts. Your Doula will attend 2 prenatal visits virtual or in person. A discussion of the Birth Plan with your medical provider and care team is (Required) this helps us all build a rapport and work together collectively to support you. Your Birth Doula will ensure you have all questions and answers you need to create your Birth Plan starting with a Birth Summary. (Recap) All packages include a gift Vegan Belly Butter. Deposits are required to hold your spot. There is a $10 deposit for a virtual Consultation to discuss services. If potential client decides Birth Doula and services are a good fit deposit is refundable, but applied to final balance for services. If client is a no show deposit is non-refundable. There is a 15 minute grace period for virtual consultations. If potential client has not entered the meeting by the 16th minute the virtual session for consultation will be cancelled. This package is suggested for New moms in need of a Doula throughout their entire pregnancy. Let's create your Birth Plan summary. (Final Birth Plan will be created with clients medical provider or care team) Your doula will attend 3 prenatal visits. Your Doula will be present during your labour and delivery guiding and supporting you along the way. Unlimited calls, emails. Transportation can be provided (If needed) to your prenatal visits and scheduled labor. (This applies to labor scheduled for Induction ONLY) . This package includes an entire gift package that will contain a Vegan belly butter, body scrub, body butter, 1 "A dozen Roses " Aromatherapy Candle, Your own brand new Birth Ball (Peanut) , Birth Comb, and a Postpartum Peri Bottle (Curved) included. 50% Deposit required after Consultation. Remaining balance due 3 weeks prior to due date. Office consultations are $25. There is a 15 minute grace period. If you are late beyond the 15 minute grace period your appointment will be cancelled. You will be granted 1 final opportunity to reschedule your consultation & pay a $25 deposit. If you arrive after the 16th minute your appointment will be cancelled & deposit is non refundable. If arrival within the 15 minute grace period your consultation will start, However deposit is non-refundable. If you arrive on time and decide that our services are a good fit. Your deposit will be applied to your final balance. Video & Photos of your birth journey are optional if possible and desired. We provide a Digital 4K camera for recording if needed.( We DO NOT KEEP SD CARDS OR FOOTAGE) this is optional for those who want to record their journey, but don't have the resources to do so.
